How do I return an item?
We cannot accept returns on any item that has been used. We will accept returns on items in brand new condition within 15 days of receipt. Kits must be returned in brand new condition and shipping cost to return the item is at the expense of the customer. We will deduct any shipping cost we incurred to ship the item out from the final refund amount even if we a running any FREE shipping or discounted shipping special. Please contact us for a return address before sending items back. Please note, international customers may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. We are not responsible for paying or refunding these fees if a return is made.
Please Note: Glue pullers have limitations. They don't afford you the precision that a Paintless Dent Repair pick or rod does. They are a great asset for
removing dents that are not accessible with picks or for the amateur that does not know how to use PDR picks to remove dents. Although glue pullers take much longer to use than a PDR pick, in the right hands a glue puller can do a great job on many types of dents
